This magnificent apartment located in a very central area next to the Américas beach is a perfect place for your days of rest, despite being in the city centre the urbanisation is very quiet, it has a swimming pool and supermarkets just a few metres on foot. Being in a central area, parking is not very easy to find, however the accommodation has the possibility of booking a parking space for just 50 euros per week.
This bright and cosy accommodation has good equipment and everything basic to be very comfortable. Its views of the sea and its swimming pool from the balcony will make you feel at home.
It has a spacious bedroom with large wardrobes and two single beds, bathroom with shower tray and washing machine as well as living room with kitchen and dining table. In the living room you will also find a sofa bed that you can use if you want to sleep separately or are more than two occupants.
The famous Siam Park water park is very close, just above the complex. Considered the best water park in the world, it is a highly recommended visit.
The bus station is just behind, a few metres away, which facilitates transport if you decide to come without a car.
Without a doubt, this is a very comfortable accommodation with everything necessary to spend happy days in the south of the island and without the need to have a car to enjoy.
