This magnificent apartment located in a very central area next to Playa de las Américas is a perfect place for your days of rest. Despite being in the heart of the centre, the urbanisation is very peaceful. It has a swimming pool and supermarkets just a few metres away on foot.

Due to our excellent location just a few steps from the beach and the great tourist appeal of the area, public parking is usually limited. For your complete convenience, we have private parking within the complex (subject to availability and with an additional charge). To guarantee this service, it is necessary to request your space with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your arrival.

This bright and welcoming accommodation features good equipment and everything essential for a very comfortable stay. Its sea views and pool views from the balcony will make you feel at home.
It has a spacious bedroom with large wardrobes and two single beds, a bathroom with a shower tray and washing machine, as well as a living room with kitchen and dining table. In the living room you will also find a sofa bed that you can use if you wish to sleep separately or if there are more than two occupants.

The famous Siam Park water park is very close by, just above the complex. Considered the best water park in the world, it is a highly recommended visit.
The bus station is just behind, only a few metres away, which makes transport easy if you decide to come without a car.
