Luxury Bay is a magnificent and bright newly renovated apartment, its decoration is modern and pleasant design, it is fully equipped to enjoy a wonderful holiday by the beach. Located in a quiet area and complex very close to places of interest, it has the town centre within a 15-minute walk. This accommodation will not disappoint you.
WE'RE TELLING YOU AN IMPORTANT DETAIL: THE APARTMENT IS ON A 3/4TH FLOOR AND THE LIFT IS BEING REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE, SO RIGHT NOW IT'S NOT OPERATIONAL. THE GOOD NEWS IS THAT IT WILL BE BACK FROM 3RD JULY ONWARDS! Still, those who stay with us say it's totally worth it 😊.
Carefully attended to in every detail, you will be able to enjoy its almost 100 square metres distributed across 3 spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds equipped with high-quality mattresses so you can rest peacefully. Additionally, you will have at your disposal different types of pillows, sheets and quality blankets. In short, in your room you will have everything necessary for optimal rest. The 3 complete bathrooms have a hairdryer and hair straightener, which is very convenient and practical for travellers coming in groups. In the dining room you will find the router to use free wifi, a smart TV with satellite channels and direct access to a spacious terrace where you can have breakfast, read a book or simply relax whilst enjoying the views of the sea and swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with all types of small appliances, oven, microwave, dishwasher and extensive kitchenware so you can enjoy cooking during your stay if you wish.
We offer our customers private parking always subject to availability and with an extra charge, price according to length of stay.
We have a high chair and cot available for a charge, always subject to availability and upon request.
Cleaning is carried out on arrival and departure. If you wish cleaning during your stay, we can offer it with an additional charge. (Please enquire upon arrival).

On foot you will be able to enjoy the best beaches in the south, which you can walk along for hours as this promenade connects with Playa de las Américas, Fañabé and La Caleta.
The complex has a lift (FROM 09/04/2026 AND UNTIL 03/07/2026 THEY WILL BE REPLACING THE LIFT WITH A NEW ONE, SO IT WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE IN THAT DATE RANGE).
It also has a swimming pool area for adults and children open all year round with free sun loungers (it is strictly forbidden to reserve sun loungers if you are not in the pool area) as well as hanging or drying clothes on the balcony railings.
