Description
This magnificent apartment located in a very central area next to Playa de las Américas is a perfect place for your days of rest. Despite being in the heart of the centre, the urbanisation is very peaceful, and it has a swimming pool and supermarkets just a few metres away on foot.
Due to our excellent location just a few steps from the beach and the great tourist appeal of the area, public parking is usually limited. For your complete convenience, we have private parking within the complex (subject to availability and with an additional charge). To guarantee this service, it is necessary to request your space with a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your arrival.
This accommodation has been recently renovated, has good equipment and everything basic to be very comfortable. Its sea and pool views from the balcony, the charm of its decoration and its details will make you feel at home.
It has a spacious bedroom with large wardrobes and television, bathroom with shower tray and washing machine as well as a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. In the living room there is also an Italian-style sofa bed with a double bed that you can use if you wish to sleep separately or if there are more than two occupants.
The famous Siam Park water park is very close by, just above the complex. Considered the best water park in the world, it is a highly recommended visit.
The bus station is just a few metres' walk away, making mobility from the accommodation ideal for guests who decide to travel without hiring a vehicle.
Without a doubt, this is a very comfortable accommodation with everything necessary to spend a few happy days in the south of the island and without needing a car to enjoy everything on foot.
