• Once the reservation is confirmed, the amount paid is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
• This condition is due to the reservation blocking specific dates and requiring advance planning of resources.

Reservation Modifications

• If you need to change your dates, you may request it in writing.
• Modifications are subject to availability and possible rate differences.
• If rescheduling is not possible, the non-refundable conditions will apply.

No Show

• If the guest does not arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Early Departure

• In the event of an early departure, no refund will be given for unused nights.

Legal Framework

• This policy complies with current consumer protection regulations, which establish that accommodation services with specific dates are excluded from the general right of withdrawal.
• This policy does not limit any rights granted to consumers by law.
